What to do when you swore to yourself that you would be healthy this month but can’t seem to kick the sweet tooth? You try and try time again to avoid all sugary snacks but find yourself caving at the last second. Well, we can assure you that there are more people in your position than you may think. We all try so hard to stay good but what can we do when our sweet tooth takes over? What if you had deserts that were not loaded with processed sugar and unnecessary calories? Okay now you’re listening, and if you’re not you should! Here we have for you something to satisfy your taste buds but also not make you feel guilty the next day. With these delicious recipes, this is actually what you’ll have. So go ahead and try them at home, they are super easy and simple to make.

Chocolate Balls

With just 6 ingredients, these delicious balls can be yours in minutes. All you’ll need is 1 cup almond flour, 1.5 tbsp date syrup, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp cacao, 1 tsp coconut oil, and coconut shavings to finish off. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, without the coconut. Once the batter is smooth you can form it into little balls and coat with coconut. Wait 1-2 hours while it chills in the refrigerator and boom, you’re good to go!

Healthy Reese’s

We all know its hard to replace the mouthwatering indulgence of Reese’s peanut butter cups but these treats definitely come close. Start by mixing 1/2 cup melted coconut oil with 1/2 cup cacao powder and coconut sugar. Then add in 2tbsp into every cupcake holder and wait for it to freeze for 15 minutes. Add in a layer of 1tsp of almond butter on top of the chocolate once it’s hardened and then finish off with another chocolate layer on top. Place in the freezer and allow It to harden until its ready to be eaten.
